Cow Pot to Fall Pot, and getting stuck!

Trip down Cow Pot and the spectacular Fall Pot pitch into the main drain. The narrow 'slot' at the bottom of the first pitch is difficult and getting back up it is very strenuous, as you will see

That slot is really not easy! I’m 6’6” and can only just get my legs into right position to push with a lot of thought!! 😂
