Totally reminds me of the glitter jelly sandals of the “olden” days. I wish that orange were more opaque, along the lines of the pinks. I’ll be getting a few of these at Big Lots for sure.
Sorry to be offtopic but does anybody know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot my login password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Weston Genesis thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
ashley elizabeth I wearing Vanilla Latte right now. It’s been on several days and I only have two nails on my dominant hand starting to chip. Normally I’d just fix it and move on but I’m bored with the color. It’s gorgeous though. It’s from the gel like polishes.
Jellies make me feel nostalgic too! Especially glitter jellies because they remind me of all of the sparkly plastic toys that I loved when I was little
Kelli thank you sooo much for posting vids about these more affordable nail polishes!!!!! I'm become snobby about my nail polishes and will often go for the expensive while overlooking cheaper brands, but 12-15 bottles but those can add up super quickly (and many are not returnable), so it's actually in our best interest to check out other brands besides the more expensive ones LOL! While there's an obvious difference in formula between LA Colors and say, Cirque Colors, I got 4 jellies from this collection and I gotta say, I was super impressed! For 3 dollars this polishes look legit amazing! The formula was a bit different to work with, but nothing difficult to adapt to. Anyone who loves jellies and glitter should definitely try this collection! At the very least it won't break the bank!
I'm so glad you had a great experience with these Cris! I agree, it's easy to get caught up in the super high quality indies and boutique brands haha but sometimes a cheaper polish is just perfection!
I’m on a low/no buy budget for polish, but if I were going to wear the orange and yellow polishes I’d put them over a white base to prevent my nails from looking stained. I also love your longer nails, because it gives me a better look at the polishes. Have an awesome day, Kelli!
My hubby picked up ruby rouge and razzle berry for me for Christmas as I've recently gotten back into doing my nails after not doing them much since before my kids were born (my oldest is 16). I'm wearing both in an alternating manicure, 3 coats each, and I love how they look, especially the blue. The depth and dimension of the glitters in the 3 coats just makes my heart happy and I can't stop looking at my nails. I keep my nails super short so visible nail line isn't really an issue for me and I think I really need to get more of these colors since they are so fun and affordable, and great for lazy gradients.
Kellie, I really enjoy all of your videos. It helps that you switch the colors it show us how they look. And it helps me perfect my nail polishing technique. 💅
Lol, honestly I feel like I'm pretty harsh if I actually don't like a color - but it takes a lot for me to really not like it, I'm a nail polish addict!
I just have to say that I loooooove your swatches videos! I love the way you explain every polish and how you show every shade. I have bought a lot of nail polishes after watching your videos. And everytime I know there’s a new collection coming up from a brand I like, I always wait for your video of you swatching it ❤️❤️❤️
I was also born in 91 and I was just telling my partner that anything that’s clear plastic or jellies with glitter in them are the most nostalgic thing to me. I love these colors 🤩🤩
I agree about the orange yellow and green. They make the nail looked stained. I bet all the colors would make for fun nail art on top of a silver chrome powder or a silver Holo glitter!
yessss I love the 90's vibes from these iridescent jellies!! They reminded me of Lisa Frank stickers and those semi-transparent neon bracelets with glitters in them - I was born in 1989 so I grew up in the 90's too. haha I remember when britney spears first came out and the backstreet boys. and yes I remember those cups of dirt you are talking about, I totally forgot about those. they were the best!!! ahhh i'm all nostalgic now too. 💖💖 anyway, my favorite of the polishes are definitely the first three and razzle berry at the end. i'd love to pick them up:)
I remember the cup of dirt desserts! You knew you were having a good day when you got to eat one of those!! I especially loved it when gummy worms were part of it.
I don't usually like having a visible nail line, but that Glamingo looks so beautiful! That one is definitely going on my "To Buy" list. I thought the other pink/red polishes were okay, but I'd probably pass on them. The orange was really interesting. One coat was kind of cute, with the VNL it reminded of a Dreamsicle or something. I might be willing to give it a try since it is so cheap. I agree those two polishes looked like yellowed nails with two coats. Electric Lime startled me a little when it popped up on the screen! I don't know if I love the color on the nail, but if the bottle looks like it does on my screen in real life, I'll buy it just because. Blue is my favorite color and that one is pretty cute, so I might get it. Thanks for the video!💜
Hey Kelli, This is my suggestion to help with the yellow look. Try using some yellow out or what ever they call it now. I think it might help with those certain colors that give your tips a the hue you don't like! I used it a lot years back when I used to smoke! I know they still make something like that still!
I was an 80's kid and jelly shoes were my jam! Loved them! I agree on the orange and yellow. It looks almost stained. I didn't care for those, but the rest are cute!
I don't like shear nail polish but I would definitely use some of these over a coat of other similar color nail polish like you said. Love the purple, pink, red and blue ones they were my favorites.
Love, love, love this collection 😍😍 Razzle Berry and Glamingo are definitely my faves. I agree with you on the orange and yellow. I think it wasn't so noticable with the single coat for the yellow. I would try them both again with just one coat and see what you think. TFS Kelli 💕
OMG cup of dirt cakes. I had a birthday party where we baked cupcakes in mini flower pots and then added icing and Oreo crumbles and stuck artificial flowers into them. They were so cute.
Omg I knew I saw these somewhere. Ive looked in stores and cant find them. I thought id gone crazy I didnt see them on the la colors website either and then I remembered you are the only You tuber that reveiws L.A. colors that I know of anyway.
I think the bottles are amazing. As far as the colors......eh? I mean I do think they ALL were pretty cool but I'm not into the jelly vibe. You were right about that orange and yellow, they did make your nail look stained but they weren't horrible or anything. Thanks for swatching these. ❤
Solstice (the orange one) is actually very pretty Kelly. It seems like some orange juice mixed with glitters are on your nail. It looks so fresh so summery just like orange juice. I think I would buy only this one from this collection. Thank you for the swatches.
This whole collection is so pretty!! Love to see these kinds of things from such an affordable brand! I am admittedly impartial to blue, but I gotta say Razzle Berry is so gorgeous ✨
Dang these are some niiiiice jellies. I usually don't reach for jellies often but these are definitely a collection I'd purchase. Btw these all give me 90s vibes I love it. Reminds me of classic Nickelodeon
oh my gosh i love these! LA Colors is killing it! Usually with Jelly's its nice to pair them with a nice glitter. But these are just pack with glitter making it all in one! These are pretty opaque for a jelly as well.
Loving the Razzle Berry and I agree that the yellow and orange ones did kinda give off the stain look. Not sure how many layers I would need as my nail line is super noticeable and I do love some jellies!
These are so cute! I don't think I like the yellow but the orange wasn't so bad. I love the jelly vibe - it reminds me of my childhood too! Specifically, I recall wanting those shoes & my mom saying no because they were too impractical or something. 🤷🏻♀️ I'm glad to see you reviewed these, thank you!
Thank you for your code. I just bought them all, it was under $20 with the shipping. I don’t have any jelly polishes and since these aren’t expensive I decided to get them 🤣 I have neon polishes I can put under if I want more opaque colors. I was in the mood for something like these the other day. Now I’ll have them if I decide I want a sheer jelly. Love you Kelli
Sorry I've been slacking in watching your content Kelli, I've been busy lately 😅😅 Love the swatch review, definitely the blue one gotta be my favorite 💙💙💙💙💙 Love the hair and makeup 💙💙💛💛💛💛 The cup of dirt that you mentioned sounds so delicious, wow I gotta try that 🥰🥰🥰
I was not a 90s kid but when I was in girl guides as a kid, we made dirt cup things but it was in a ziploc bag so it was really weird to eat. lol .Also these polishes are really pretty! I love that they're so cheap, too.
Razzle Berry looks fantastic, Tropical Punch was my second favourite. Great collection and loving the swatches! I'm looking forward to see the second collection from LA Colors.
1992, 90s kid as well! And I never really liked jellies as a kid. I was more into light bright lol. And I love cup of dirt! I had that so many times as a kid!
Nice colors! I'm not a neon person but love the razzle berry! Very pretty shade! Yes, my kids loved the dirt cake deserts. Haven't made them in a ,long time, may have to for the grandkids! Haha, showing my age! Thank you for another great swatch! 🙃😊
I like the pink ones. The yellow and green ones remind me of slime. The blue one reminded me of those squishy toys with glitter in them lol. Totally 90’s vibes though.
I was just at Walmart scrolling through the LA Colors neon cremes. I bought "Day Glow" and can't wait to paint my nails with it! These polishes have definitely been impressing me lately.
It took me a full year for these to grow on me but I finally picked up the whole collection but I likely won’t wear them on their own. I saw cool gradients and stamping art using them over a silver holo or white base and they look gorgeous that way!
Razzle Berry looks like water at dusk/early evening and your nail line looks like the water/skyline. I really like this collection! I am going to try and get them, but probably won't be able to. I don't mind the yellowing look. I am wearing a sheer pink now and it makes my nail line look unnaturally bright white.
Beautiful..we dont get this brand in the UK...but we have one called Essence that's cheap with awesome formula's. They too have the polish colour as same as the lid...dont understand how cheap ones can do this and keep sale costs down but expensive brands cant! Tfs Kelli 💜
I think the color solstice is such a lovely color. It reminds me of an orange peel! I think it might look best with three coats, but even with one it’s still so pretty
Ooo, the blue one looks pretty! Surprisingly as I generally don't like the color pink, the pink one seems pale enough with the pretty glitters that I'd even go for that! Yeah, jelly sandals were a vibe! Yup, dirt & worms!! Lol, you're still a whippersnapper to me, born in the 80s. But it definitely makes me want some of the dirt & worms again.
Totally reminds me of the glitter jelly sandals of the “olden” days.
I wish that orange were more opaque, along the lines of the pinks. I’ll be getting a few of these at Big Lots for sure.
Those jelly sandals were so PAINFUL.

I usually don’t really like sheer polishes but these actually look super cool. LA Colors killing it lately!
I'm loving all their new releases!!!
Same!
@@KelliMarissa i think you are to apply these colors over a solid white polish. Hey can we get a vid showing that??? It will POP.

These are definitely giving me 90s/Lisa Frank vibes and I love. I need one coat of Glamingo on my nails all summer pls
Can’t wait to pair this now with the Lisa frank sparkly topper!
I love jellies! My favourite part is how translucent my nails look when I hold my hands up to the light
I love jellies too, my favorite is the glazed days collection from Essie. Jellies with no glitter are hard to find!
@@Leelz247 Google: Take me to see the glazed days collection :)
Hmm. Interesting
These are so fun! The first two look like those jelly shoes from the 1980s. How do the jellies look over a white cream?
I was wondering that same thing about layering them over white...
I want to know as well.
I love jellies if they cover evenly! These are so pretty! I think I would do 3 coats because I love the depth that you get with the layers of glitter.
That's true, I do love a good amount of glitter on my nails!
I was a little kid during the 90s & I remember everything you mentioned. The 90s & early 2000s were the best times to grow up. I miss it.
Haha agreed, we were pretty lucky to grow up before social media became such a big part of childhood lol
@@KelliMarissa Definitely!!
Am I colorblind or is Purple Shock...like, really pink? They're all so gorgeous and remind me of my Lisa Frank childhood!
Emme Mayle many neon purples fade to pink anyway.

Haha I think I need to go back to the grocery store for some dirt ingredients ASAP
That collection is really cool.
Love them all. I could be your Grandma. Yes I remember cup of dirt. My mom used to make it
