When you’re the only Marvel character in the game that doesn’t have an orchestrated soundfont
Anyone else notice that Ghost Rider's the only Marvel character to not use an orchestra for his theme?

Ray Valor The Ghost Rider in Agents of Shield was Robbie Reyes. This is the original Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze, who's not associated with the mcu, but the comics.
This might be the only song in this game I like more than the MVC3 equivalent.

Oh good, Capcom still knows what a guitar is. With so much high pass faded out synth in this game's soundtrack, I was beginning to worry someone had stolen their memories. To each their own, but the I'm not feeling the majority of the game's themes. This one though? pretty darn good.

I meant in reference to composing this game, but really I should be addressing the difference in composers honestly. It was a stylistic difference mostly I bet.
I miss Marvel 2's jazzy style honestly, but I prefer having character themes to not having them...
I don't remember the name of the exact video but, it was pretty much a development vid, where the marvel team says they are pretty much the reason why all the music in the game is the way it is. They wanted to let capcom remix their characters and they do new themes for theirs
But Iron Man’s theme in this game also incorporates guitar riffs (mostly to emulate the movie’s ost of course).
Wow, I think this is the only MVCI theme I like so far, aside from "X VS Zero". It has a very strong KoF vibe.

@@noahguzman5850 I've heard it. It is not bad per se, but like most MvC:I themes, it is slowwww. Hearing it at 1.25x speed is probably the way to go.
"X VS Zero" still is the best theme in this game.
This is basically King of Fighters boss music. This is not a bad thing.

I swear MvCI's music sounds so much better when you speed it up by .25. I tried it both on this and Ultron Sigma's BGMs and it actually improved them.

Both his MVC3 and mvci themes are good in their own right. At first I had Iron Man for having the best marvel theme in the game but this takes it. If the rest of the soundtrack was better, I'd be willing to put it up there with the other games. Everything else about the game is okay at the very least and the capcom themes are great but then you go the marvel side half are great while the other half is generic and don't fit the characters well enough to be memorable.
Ironic how ppl keep saying this sounds a lot like kof music but in my suggestions tab it has the tekken 7 remix of soy sauce for geese XD

Kinda sounds like a Twisted Metal 2 track to me... being that Mr. Grimm is kind of a nod to Ghost Rider I'd say this fits pretty well!

Its like one of the few themes i acualy liked in the game. And maybe one of 3 (Cris and Nemesis had better themes in MVCI) i liked better than the MVC3 version everything else was so much worse than MVC3. I guess some of the DLC also had decent themes but those are brand new characters so no caparison to 3.

I appreciate that this is the one song with guitar but it’s a million times more generic than 3 and also way less fitting. This sounds like a theme for a way chiller character.

It feels more like either Team Outlaws(Yamazaki, Blue Mary, and Billy Kane), but this is coming from a former 2002 UM player(before SNK was owned by Human Rights Violation Incarnate).

this is a step down from Marvel 3 ghost rider theme
I found that this sounds even better when put at 1.25x in the playback settings if you’re into more fast paced music
