This is a really nice refresher from what I’ve been learning so far! It’s nice to know how simple it can be once you break it down and see how someone else does it.
I was stuck on what to draw (Art block:( ) and it's kinda caused me to have my art style fall apart and make me "forget" how I built up the body and it left me in complete despair, this video helped me get a bit back on track :)
It's funny because, looking at the pose of the person dancing.... That one leg that's on the ground, its knee looks hyperextended. Which is great because the realism is so good that it looks like this person is hypermobile, someone like me

When i'm drawing a straight pose,the body proportions are pretty good but t when i try to pose the body i can't draw with good proportions.
