Here in Croatia it's not even certain how and when will school year end, and the worst thing is that it's my last year before going to university... We don't even know for certain when we'll be having matura exams (finals before university), what is going to be included in these exams and what's not... Crazy final year

I think it might be related to your age! Back when I was in highschool I used to get up at 11 or 12 even and if I was somehow up at 9 that felt like an accomplishment. Now I'm finishing my master's and I get up at 6 am everyday without an alarm. It comes with age, don't stress it!
Honestly I always find it sad how much shame there is around waking up "late" (after like 8 am). Most people are biologically "night owls", so it makes sense and is healthy to get up at around 9-11 am, depending on your circadian rhythm. There's no shame in doing that and starting to work a bit later, just like there's nothing wrong with getting up really early if that's what you're into.
yes but most people dont work longer on the otherhand so you do lose hours doing nothing. If you have no job or school to get to and watch that you dont sleep to long overall its however fine to do as you wish

I feel like there's always this pressure to start working at like 9am or whatever. I start work as late as 1pm and just work in the afternoon/evening and sleep/chill in the morning. I'm actually way more productive this way!

Nathaly Polanco i think if you feel really sad or anxious it’s okay to take days off and time for yourself. If that’ll just make it worse though, make a shirt to-do list of like 3-4 simple achievable goals like drinking water, read a chapter for English, etc. So then you still feel like you’ve accomplished something without being overwhelmed.
I suffered from anxiety with depression a few years ago. For me, concentrating on tiny steps helped a lot. Focussing on my process instead of comparing myself to others and appreaciating even the smallest steps i made was most helpful. Also, after getting one small thing done (which could be something you enjoy and doesnt take long), i felt more motivated to do some more "productive" stuff. I know it might not be easy , but be kind to yourself. You can do it! Not sure if it helps, but I remember days and weeks filled with anxiety and being totally without power, thinking i could never overcome this. I did and things got better. Everybody is different, but maybe setting small goals for the day helps. Also, telling somebody (who cares and is nice) about these can help to stay motivated. Even today i like to have one thing planned for everyday which I can be excited about. It can be small things like drinking your favorite tee or calling somebody you like or putting a nice picture on your wall. Also (I know it can be hard ans everybody says this) going outside - even if its just 1 step out the door. Not sure if this helps, but these things helped for me. Don't be too hard on yourself, give yourself the time you need! Much love and Power!
i feel exactly the same a lot of the time and it really gets me down. lately (one thing im thankful for about lockdowns) I've been just taking it day by day, i have written a list of things i need to get done but iv not put a timer on then, and the last 2 days iv woken up not wanting to do anything but cry, so i did, iv eaten what i want and just watched movies all day then today i woke up and wanted to do work so again i just went with it and not put pressure on myself, so far this has really worked well for me. i find im happier and less anxious too and its only been 3 days since iv changed the mindset. - hope that helps. sending love x
or another thing that helps, watch ruby's routine videos. try implementing some of her routine into your daily life. i started doing that last year and it helped

Ruby I really appreciate the fact that you are studying what you love! When I started Law I thought it was nice to get a job but surprisingly I like it very much and if I had to choose again I would do that again :) But most people take can’t be productive because they are studying what they maybe don’t love but fear that if they change they won’t earn anything ...

hey, a tip for your standing candle: if you let the old one burn down as you did, or even a bit more, you can easily press the new one into the old one, whilst that one is still burning😅 that way you don‘t have the risk of having the candle falling out👍

I am used to getting up at 5 am, because I start my work at 7. Even on the weekends, when I know I can sleep more, I get up around 5-6 because I wake up anyway and feel like getting up late is a waste of time. I love getting all mu stuff done in the morning and then having a full day for my hobbies :)

For example when I hear the alarm i remember that i should wake up because i should study for go to a good university. So i was normally waking up at 4.44 a.m. but the last few days i didn't go to bed early enough and this morning I don't even remember that i cancelled the alarm and it was nearly 10 a.m. when I woke up 😅

hey, a tip for your standing candle: if you let the old one burn down as you did, or even a bit more, you can easily press the new one into the old one, whilst that one is still burning😅 that way you don‘t have the risk of having the candle falling out👍

Can you please do a creative essay tips video? Like how you organise your notes and formulate arguments etc. Personally I study criminology/psychology and find essays easy when they are on specific topics (like violent crime or a theory) but really struggle with essays on philosophical topics which I know you must be amazing at. I am used to getting up at 5 am, because I start my work at 7. Even on the weekends, when I know I can sleep more, I get up around 5-6 because I wake up anyway and feel like getting up late is a waste of time. I love getting all mu stuff done in the morning and then having a full day for my hobbies :)

For a long time i was waking up so early and today I couldn't. I thought I won't be able to do something productive and i saw this video 🤩🤩
How do you do that ? I am struggling with it for so long
@@srishtiiiiiii95 i think the key of waking up early is a little bit about motivation and a little bit about how did you get rest. For example when I hear the alarm i remember that i should wake up because i should study for go to a good university. So i was normally waking up at 4.44 a.m. but the last few days i didn't go to bed early enough and this morning I don't even remember that i cancelled the alarm and it was nearly 10 a.m. when I woke up 😅
