You guys don't give the guardians enough credit. Omniman didn't get hurt becuase he planned to, he got hurt becuase he fought the entire justice league at once.

Every time Allen came to the planet over the years, Omniman never took the time to talk to the guy. He just fought him and kicked him out every time, so yeah, Nolan had no idea what Allen's deal was all these years, that's the gag
To be fair Nolan was strong enough to just beat his ass to the point where Allen was like, “yeah sure you’re strong enough keep protecting Urath” *flies away*

This alien battle reminds me more of the Chitauri battle from the first Avengers.
The reason Mark is weaker then his dad is because for Viltrumites greater age and physical training equals greater power. Mark is still a very young Viltrumite and he never really trained his body while his dad is a fully physically developed Viltrumite with years of training and battles under his belt. This is literally compering a normal ass teenager to a veteran and highly trained adult warrior.

Got me thinking. Omni man has his powers for decades. He has become stronger exponentially. Compare that to his son(half earthling) that just got his powers and clearly didn't have the mindset strong enough to be battle-ready.

The gore and animation in this reminds me of the animated movie "Justice League Dark: Apokolips War". If you haven't seen that movie already I can really recommend reacting to it. This show also reminds me of the "The Boys" show, which I can also recommend you to watch (if you haven't seen it already). "Justice League Dark: Apokolips War" and "The Boys" are pretty good IMO.

Superman's disguise is more believable than people think. Dolly Parton once lost a Dolly Parton look alike contest, same thing with Charlie Chaplin. Christopher Reeve went to the same restaurant in his Superman outfit several times during the filming of Superman and one day he went there in his Clark Kent costume and nobody recognized him.

The gore in most comics/ animated shows is implied. In Marvel and DC there's a lot of censorship that stops artists and writers from showing gore. Gore can be implied by showing someone being impaled in silhouette or hiding the body behind a wall and showing the thing that impaled them and using heavy shading. Image Comics was created to remove that amount of censorship and give creators the freedom to tell more adult-oriented stories and have that violent graphical content. In Marvel/DC you can draw someone being shot, in Image Comics you can draw a kid as a projectile covered in the blood and guts exiting villain he just ripped in half. A lot of shows will have a rating so like Y-7, PG 13, Y-10 saying the content is appropriate for this age group. Invincible has a rating of 18+ telling you that the content is intended for adults regardless of the fact that it looks like a DC cartoon.
When my grandfather was young it was implied women are significantly lesser's to men. It was also implied that a good Mule was worth far more then any black persons life. Stating things as inferred or assumed is chosen ignorance.

Time in the flaxans dimension is different to that back in his own. He probably stayed there from a few weeks to a few months, depending on how fast his beard grows. Some people take a few weeks, some months. So it's hard to say how long he stayed there. Still, when he got back home he was only gone for probably a few hours.

I assume it's been cleared up by now, but with Atom Eve's symbol, it's just not detailed enough sometimes in the show, it's supposed to look kinda like a neutron, but because it's not easy to draw/animate that kind of detail all the time it looks more like an X.

I don't think Allen has ever fought omi-man, I think the guardians always fight Allen and he leaves. Given that Allen is there to make sure planets aren't conquered, he would know about Viltermites (who conquer planets shown in the last scene). I think Omni-man actively avoids Allen to silently take over the earth without alerting the organization Allen is part of.
Allen was expecting Omni-Man though, even asked about the moustache.
