@johnyropar8814 it's not about how many runs he scored, it's about the environment that a captain creates and the plan he comes up with during the game. Rizwan was not even playing with his main team, Naseem and Akif, both were not in the team. They are his key bowlers. A good captain gets the best out of his team. Why usama mir was highest wicket taker under Rizwans captaincy and now he is not a threat for anyone when he is playing for panthers. Why all of a sudden players under him have started performing good. Shoaib Akhtar always said that only if he had played under Imran Khans captaincy, he would have achieved much more. A good captain is always the key to victory.

@johnyropar8814 I don't know who are you even talking about ? It's about how a player is utilised. Let me see, you are saying that he has a good team that is why he is winning, that is not the case, stallions have the best team yet they are not dominating. Also which good team are you even talking about, Fakhar was dropped out of ODI team during world cup because last year was completely off for him and also his performance is in t20 is also really bad. Salman Agha was also dropped from ODI team because of bad performances and was not even in t20 team. Iftikhar is being widely criticised after ODI and t20 world cup. Naseem shah has also not been in form since the injury. Now all of a sudden these players have started performing well ? How ? It's all about who is leading and how the players are being utilised.
Why Rizwan's team has been playing PSL finals every year ? So he is getting good team every year and in every format.
That is the core problem with Pakistani Fans. They just focus on how much someone is scoring or hitting no look shots.
A good captain may not be a best batter or bowler but he knows how to win a game and how to get the best out of what he has.
