Boy, there maybe a very few home there for sale at 400K but all the listings I see are 500+K.
these days(9months later).

Thanks finance485 for your question. There are very few condo units available in The Grand, in a community called Village at Sun City Grand. Units there are 1,000 square foot and smaller. Hope this helps answer your question finance 485.
