It is very applicable! It might be that they are just busy or maybe even think they have credited you already. I'll suggest sending a message similar to this: Hope you're doing well, I'm just following up on our conversation. I see you haven't made the payment yet and was wondering if there were any issues. Plus I know how Nigerian banks can be 😅 Anyway, looking forward to hearing from you.
