@@BunteGalerie Many thanks for your advice - but I get cross with myself - I have trouble seeing so never get straight lines - I am too critical of myself especially when there's s many perfect tangles in books.
Clare Pomfrett I see. Of course it’s not relaxing at all if you’re stressed about the outcome and therefore cannot enjoy the process. Zentangle is more about the calm repetition of simple strokes thank about a masterpiece that has to be the final result. But if you cannot see very well, maybe you can interpret the patterns on a big sheet of paper with a thick marker instead of drawing tiny details?

This is great - love it. My hands shake so my tangles never have straight and I get mad with myself. This defeats the whole point of Tangling
