Even though it has not been officially revealed who the father of Bluey's puppy is, through logical reasoning, I continue to confirm that Mackenzie has the highest likelihood of being the father of Bluey's puppy, and I could provide many other reasons why it is more likely to be him.
That would make sense, bluey went to college so we can assume she is older than 20. After the shows main timeline there is a time skip of about 16 years. That is plenty of time to meet other people (or dogs). Most people have relationships in college.

Mackenzie seems about as adventurous as Bluey is and if their personalities don't differ much as adults, it would be reasonable for him to agree to travel with her or live wherever she likes. I mean, same muted blue/purple tones, Jean Luc got fluffier as he got older so the kid might’ve inherited that trait for their dad, and that would mean that Bluey and Jean Luc’e love story is a direct parallel to Chilli and Bandit’s love story - met as kids whilst on holiday and ended up together years later
Guys it could be both Bluey or Jean luc because it has Jean luc’s navy blue colors and Mackenzie’s bent ears, the only white part we see on the kid is the tip of the tail and nose but it’s color mostly lilac and the black looking part is really dark blue. Bluey X Jean lucs ear could potentially make it half bent the creators made it look like both so nobody would be disappointed. That’s just my thoughts but I’m happy to discuss. :)
I absolutely 10,000% Believe it's Jean Luc. There aren't enough of Mackenzies traits in the puppy. Granted, the show may have intentionally created the baby to be ambiguous as to who the father is, but STILL. Bluey and Mackenzie are buddies, and even then they really don't even get along all that well. He picks on her more than anything. I feel like they may be on the right track to be really good friends as they grow up or even in the realm of like family friends so tight they act like siblings or cousins, but I really don't think they're ever going to be romantically inclined or there would probably already be some light playful little kiddie crushes going on. exactly. I think if it were a heeler and a Labrador mix, both ears would be floppy and the fur wouldn’t be as fluffy, since neither heelers or labs have very long hair. I'd have to say just by thinking it's Makenzie, the pup shares so many more characteristics of Makenzie such as the tufts, the drooped yet still visible ear fluff, and the style of tail. Jean luc doesn't seem like it's even possible, as Jean luc was a reference to lifelong friends. The color pallette mixture of Bluey and Makenzie matches the pup exactly...

I say that, if that puppy’s dad is one of the two, Jean Luc is the father. I mean, same muted blue/purple tones, Jean Luc got fluffier as he got older so the kid might’ve inherited that trait for their dad, and that would mean that Bluey and Jean Luc’e love story is a direct parallel to Chilli and Bandit’s love story - met as kids whilst on holiday and ended up together years later
It states on the official bluey website that Jean luc taught himself English so he could be able to communicate with Bluey

Guys it could be both Bluey or Jean luc because it has Jean luc’s navy blue colors and Mackenzie’s bent ears, the only white part we see on the kid is the tip of the tail and nose but it’s color mostly lilac and the black looking part is really dark blue. Bluey X Jean lucs ear could potentially make it half bent the creators made it look like both so nobody would be disappointed. That’s just my thoughts but I’m happy to discuss. :)

I absolutely 10,000% Believe it's Jean Luc. There aren't enough of Mackenzies traits in the puppy. Granted, the show may have intentionally created the baby to be ambiguous as to who the father is, but STILL. Bluey and Mackenzie are buddies, and even then they really don't even get along all that well. He picks on her more than anything. I feel like they may be on the right track to be really good friends as they grow up or even in the realm of like family friends so tight they act like siblings or cousins, but I really don't think they're ever going to be romantically inclined or there would probably already be some light playful little kiddie crushes going on. Most people don't marry their long-time childhood friends, it would be like marrying your brother or something! She would know WAY too much about him and it would just be weird. The whole idea of bullying people because you like them is ridiculous and stupid. Now meeting your childhood friend who you spent a whole summer adventuring with who meant something incredibly deep to you again as adults only to find that he's learned, probably on his own accord and maybe even taught himself, to speak YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE, likely because of or FOR YOU? The way they embrace when they see eachother again and their tails wag and they're smiling like derpy lovestuck idiots? Now THAT is very romance!

I married my childhood friend but didn’t actually know him as young as Bluey’s age, so i don’t know if that counts.
On the other hand, I would love it to be Jean Luc because it would reflect Bandit and Chili’s meeting on vacation (that only Bandit remembers)

exactly. I think if it were a heeler and a Labrador mix, both ears would be floppy and the fur wouldn’t be as fluffy, since neither heelers or labs have very long hair. Mackenzie is very fluffy and has one floppy ear, which makes sense why the pup is so fluffy with a floppy ear too. And Jean Luc’s tail is thin, so if it were him and Bluey, I think the puppy’s tail wouldn’t be so fluffy. It also has a black patch on his head, but Jean Luc was drawn as navy blue. The black could’ve come from Bandit or Mackenzie

It's more then 90% Mckenzies because it is most logical, Barky boats (Literally about crushes and emotions) is its biggest evidence. I mean even the creators hinted towards Mckenzie and bluey. Again these are all hints from LUDO itself. For Jean-Luc all we get is an episode of them playing together and meeting in their teenage years. Which isn't enough for us to assume anything. Also idk why ppl keep saying it's jean lucs color palette. The color palette also belongs to Mckenzie, the kid has a black patch. Same w/ the fluffiness.

I'd have to say just by thinking it's Makenzie, the pup shares so many more characteristics of Makenzie such as the tufts, the drooped yet still visible ear fluff, and the style of tail. Jean luc doesn't seem like it's even possible, as Jean luc was a reference to lifelong friends.

Rusty and Bluey were originally supposed to be cousins, hence why they have similar designs. This concept was scrapped and they chose to have Rusty and Bluey be friends.
