oranos panicked and didnt realize he had massive villager lead from thor turning his into berserkrs? get tower upgrades, turtle up and in couple minutes he would be chilling
When he lost all that units and buildings, no amount of turtle can help him comback now. Grass will have full map control and can easily starve Mat out
Grass lost a lot of dwarfs by converting them into berserks, matreuiss had a huge economic lead he could have continued ! maybe he did not realized the conversion
This game is so weird. I guess Oranos thought the bersekers were trained not converted? Does anyone have more insight? As someone who didn't play this game in years I am so confused.
Yea he probably didn't notice, could have backed up to base.
Gotta keep in mind that this is a best of idk how much games lol, he probably was tired from the last games and didn't believe he could come back in the series

The thing I don't like a lot of some of those pro players is this, they give up the moment something goes wrong in they strategy. The low ELO at least fight to the end.
Yeah I know better players are better at closing out games, but don't Norse kinda struggle when Atlanteans get their arcus going with frontline? And Grass took some economic damage from that fighting...

I feel like Matreius gave up too early few times in this match.
This match reminded me of the Starcraft 2 round where Idra left the match after thinking illusions were actual units. Mind games I tell you.

I don't understand the decision making process to forward sky passage but build your buildings on the front instead of rallying the sky passage troops out from home, sure it's a little extra micro but you don't have to gg out when you get pushed back
yeah I was wondering that too. You can even assign a rally point to your sky passages and set your production buildings' rally point to go into a sky passage.

@@micaiahhunt9854 The Dwarven armory has great buffs and the dwarves are super good since they cost gold so you could rush into the second age without spending food on gatherers

It did not look like the healing spring was healing (no holy shine above the units). Is that just a visual bug from the observer mode or is the healing spring broken?
Feels almost like that was a slightly titled concession there.

Baldr is the God, who gives Ragnarok but i feel Ragnarok is a bit nerfed compared to vanilla
@@aequilibrium4028 I meant god power , you can get a titan very quickly once you use it, and heal them after battle then reuse
