I wish i was flush enough at the moment to go online and order a load of real craft beers, not supermarket stuff we are all getting tired of. For us mortals £6 a can is prohibitive but some people do have that kind of disposable income. Fair play to them.

Supermarket beer is Fiesta but that is a Lamborghini. I like that. Good way of seeing it.

@@theonlynemesis Depends where you are getting it from? The latest IPA from Track is £5.25 from Trembling Madness. £6.70, was that Hoop Burns and Back? Expensive London shop.

Don't you get fed up of seeing and tasting hazy IPAs. I much prefer a clear beer. At 6.8% ABV it is near the strength of the original IPAs that were casked and sent by ship to India.

​@@HopZine💯% correct. Track did a collaboration with Fidens on an IPA called Maiden - one of the best beers of the year ( with a 4.37 rating on Untappd.)

Breaking news! Lidl now has the German 10-pack of festbiers, as well as Spaten and Erdinger Oktoberfest! Would love to see you go through the pack (more like a suitcase) and single out the best ones, as there was definitely variation last year. Would also be interesting if you could figure out whether some of the beers in this year's pack are different. I think so, but I'm not completely sure.

I’ve lived in the South for forty years and the North for forty years ( feeling my age now 🤣) the beer is superb in both areas and this North South myth is nonsense there’s tremendous beers in both try verdant if you don’t think so👍
