A tour around downtown San Antonio Texas on a SegSaddle equipped Segway PT. Tower of the Americas, Central Library, RIver Walk and SouthWest School of Art and Craft.
That is the best idea I have seen yet. I have RRMS, I can barely stand much less walk...but I refuse to circum to a wheelchair. I'm building a self balancing wheelchair from a Segway Mini Pro like the Blumil-City. But I have to say I like this better, having the ability to stand and then sit when my legs get weak. Bravo...
I am partially paralyzed and recently bought a Segway with one of these attached. Both the machine and the SegSaddle are very well engineered. I feel incredibly fortunate to have gotten them together.
These were developed for wounded warriors who were being given Segways to make them more mobile on their prothetic legs. As for "fat lazy people" the Segway has a 265 lb weight limit that makes that a non starter. SegSaddle closed its doors during 2014.
OMG just sort of sucks every ounce of coolness right out of a Segway doesn't it? lol I hope to God that Seway remains to be so expensive that most people cant afford them because if not for that, these damn seated-Segway things would be plaguing every Wal-Mart in the world with fat lazy Mexican woman that think they are too privileged to actually have to walk! ha

IT should be so annoying being in a museum and then listening to the electric motors...
And then the softporn music doesn't help either
Open your mind not everyone is born with a prefect body it's created for the elderly and people with walking disabilities
