Correct me if i'm wrong, but this is what it sounded like to me: Your definition of training is going all in on exercises you'd normally do to warm up, for about an hour. Also, you said not to queue right after training; how often would you recommend training instead of queuing? Is it just based on like how you feel from one day to the next or something like that?
I think it’s reasonable to train a few times a week if you can manage that. I should’ve added that it’s completely okay to train after a ranked session, or even get on a few hours before, train, and then take a break until your ranked session. As long as you’re not training directly before you play ranked, you should be fine. Fatigue levels will differ for everyone, so just feel it out!
if you have another aim routine that helps you improve you could implement them into that routine, but during the video i meant cycle through the exercises! :) both would work great
Is this TRULYY enough training for machanics just MECHANICS to reach immortal like no aim labs nothing else needed?! Ik there are many others aspects like game sense, movement etc but answer me just based on mechanics please.
Honestly yes, in my opinion if you if you go into this training routine with the goal being improvement you could 100% have the mechanics you need to hit immortal, honestly the mechanical difference between an immortal and ascendant isnt that high
The 3rd part is completely different so im not sure what you mean sorry, when it comes to the other 2 exercises they are the most recommended on these sort of videos, but for the script im new to making content and looked for inspiration and I even gave him credit for that in the description
I peaked my highest rank plat 1 this act but I feels like my aim isnt that bad but my movement sucks, I have 31% overall headshot but when it comes to strafing battles I always get one tapped. can u make a movement guide video
Hi nesmon nice video, I loved it. I wanted to ask if I should do these exercises only once or like repeat it 3-5 times. Also, are these 3 exercises really enough? I don't have to do kovaaks or aimlabs?
so id say repeat each exercise twice at most for warming up! since you only want to warm up for roughly 15-30 minutes, if you are wanting to train your aim just cycle through them for roughly an hour or until your happy! :) I myself don't use any aim trainers outside of valorant so it can work :) and I'm happy you enjoyed the video!
@@nesmonTV its okeiii i was just wondering / no offense :)) but hey i think its because of microphone settings so tune it up especially if u using noice cancellation it sure would make it sound robot pitchy
Immortal was really easy to reach back in the early 1-2.5 years the game was out for. You can search up something like 2021 immortal VALORANT montage and you’ll be able to see that immortal-rad back then was like gold-plat elo right now since nobody knew how to properly play the game
@@blackdevil3938 someone already mentioned that, but the 3rd exercise is completely different and the first 2 exercises are pretty common throughout all valorant guide videos… I also added different tips during the exercises, but I can understand why you think that
