His momma is out that money. I personally wouldn't risk my mother's money. I'd personally stay in jail and let the system foot the cost to get me to that state. As it is, they are damn lucky to still be alive, especially after robbing someone at an ATM. Mom could be planning a funeral instead of showing up to court to further enable her son. Both of them desperately need tough love and to be set straight before they literally lose their lives while committing crimes or to the criminal justice system.

A LOT of young black kids need this; Single mothers do their best but they raise over-emotional kids in an environment where she is constantly stressed and depressed. That makes THEM angry at the world. A Strong Male Mentor can help channel that angst into something positive via discipline, accountability, responsibility and serving their community.

Fleischer is a fair judge. I agree with giving someone ONE chance (depending on the crime) I’m not some soft on crime person regardless I’m behind the blue wall of commiefornia… but everyone deserves a second chance if their honest and will actually use it… but like I said it must depend on what kind of crime was committed. If these boys are repeat offenders and are going state to state committing felonies then they need to think about things for 10 years in prison. Shouldn't their lawyer should have them stop talking. Although he(the lawyer) should have more information.

Judge Fleischer is awesome and great. However these defendants prove why we don't want them living in our neighborhood

The only thing what's bother's me from that Judge " I've been experiencing these situations before in Court, and I don't want to continue showing no mercy" I understand He's trying to help these criminals to get their acts together in order to make the public safe.
He should just drop this Father bond over and over and give them something different for once. I'm not against Father Bond, but in some cases won't help.

This kid is digging his own hole he wants to keep talking instead of allowing his attorney to talk for him. He's adding to his case. He's giving them information they didn't even have. They say you have the right to silent what you say will be used against you.
