The first time I used this on a 30K bath room I watched this video... It dam near cost 30k ! so now I work a small 3’x3’ space and clean then go on to the next ... I will say I love this stuff and use it on every shower job
Like fightfan said, at least a few guys makes it alot easier. You get a good system going and a couple days at most. A floor buffer with the white nylon pads will help immensely for roughing up the big areas as well as final cleaning at the end. Base and edges of course all need to be done by hand so I usually have a guy or two on that ahead of everyone else if possible but like a day ahead because you can't have standing water in the joints when spreading main areas of the floor. God I hate epoxy grout Lol. I know this is an old comment, this is for anyone curious enough to see the replies because they're about to do it. Have some epoxy haze remover on hand to make it easy on yourself at the end for the almost inevitable 'missed' spots.
It's the combination of agitation and water that causes re-emulsion. You are only agitating the residual grout on the face of the tile, not in the joints so they're not adversely affected.
Russell Smith Would you be able to tell me, or direct me to a video that shows the right way to clean haze from ardex? I'm considering using this grout

Great video - busting myths about epoxy grout. Love it
That looks great.
But from all the comments I am confused! I am just wanting to grout small shower floor so it doesn't change color when wet
This guy had been smoking some good stuff
And still got the tile clean AF
Is that a little textured like non slip for shower floor.?
Interesting stuff but how long will it take to do a 5 thousand sqf of quarry tile on a kitchen with that method
A 5000 ft kitchen would be wild to see.
A crew of 4 could get it done in a couple of days
If u haven't figured it out yet let me know.

if it re-emulsifies so easy, doesn't the grout itself dilute too???? HOW can you pour water and NOT? thankz

How do you dispose the dirty water from the cleaning ?
Pietro Cannata dump it in your neighbors yard 😂
Is it possible to leave the spread on for more hours before I clean it up?
No it’ll harden and you’ll be up sh*t street
Will this work after it’s dried for 24 hours?
You’d need to rip out the tiles at that stage
Very instructive video . Thanks !
How abaut in wall
Is this easier to use than fusion pro?
Absolutely yes
@@slippinclippin1859 that’s no shit!! No epoxy is easy lol
You tripping🤣 you just flooded the house and got a charge back bigger that your whole paycheck
Hahaaa Nope. You only flood the part that has been smeared already
A for effort
Complete lie. If you have any type of porus tile you will never get this sticky crap off
Wrong

Oh you have no response?.....then you're a dumb assohlio
Russel smith has obviously never used ARDEX WA before
😂😂😂 you smoked to much 😂😂 not 🤬 good
Worst epoxy grout product i have ever used. Read the spec sheets. Watched the videos. AWFUL product. Avoid at all costs.
Best grout I've ever used
And water does nothing. Sponge fills with epoxy and turns into a rock. Terrible, terrible product.
It's a great product
