Both are brainchild of previous government. Present government don't even release white paper on how much industries are set up in their regime. 😢

But new town and sector 5 isn't entire Bengal. If you think developing some pockets of Kolkata is development of Bengal, then you really need to understand what development is.
Some good things have happened over the past few years but it's not enough. We need more factories here to stop labour migration and we need to develop other cities of Bengal so that people don't to travel to Kolkata for work, treatment etc.
