All it really takes is Photoshop and a scrolling text feature. Took me forever to figure out, and I'm still perfecting it. Once it's perfected, I'll probably make that tutorial.

Mostly I found them on ebay and got lucky. A few I found at race track sales, but other than that it's been all online shopping.
