Love this stuff but always cook it the same way: quick stir fry with just soy sauce and garlic powder. Need to vary my game! Thanks for posting, Lou! 🙂
@UncleLousKitchen OK you keep your opinion. I liked the sound of the recipe however I shall omit msg. Many people are unable to eat it, it can cause asthmatics to have an uncontrollable attack, causes many digestive problems also.
You know that all the claims about msg have been debunked right? There's actually less sodium in msg than salt. I recommend you watch some videos on the history of MSG, the reason it got a bad rep was actually because some professor was racist towards Chinese people and started making up a load of lies about it. It's really not that bad for you
@@UncleLousKitchen I don't know any thing about the sodium in MSG but I know that that isn't the problem. I can not tell you what is added to MSG but I can tell you that I stopped eating Chinese food because it always made me feel like crap afterwards. It got to the point where I couldn't even get through the meal. When I found out that it was the MSG causing my body to literally shut down I started telling the restaurant to not put any MSG into my food and that cured the problem. I will never eat anything with MSG in it. It is poison, period.
@loverelentlessly5099 there's nothing "added" to MSG. It's salt and glutamic acid. What foods contain glutamic acid? Carrot; tomatoes, beans, peas, celery, cabbage, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, broccoli, spinach, essentially all seafood, chicken, beef, pork, eggs, all cheese, to name a few. I'm guessing when you add a little salt to the vinaigrette for your garden salad it doesn't make your body literally shutdown?
@@durritidumange No. Nothing makes me feel that way except MSG. I'm sorry, but that is how my body reacts to it. None of the listed items you listed make's me feel like that. It's just my experience. Maybe my body doesn't like the type of salt or glutamic acid.
Love that it’s vegan! Thanks!
This looks beautiful and delicious! I can’t wait to make! 🤗🌱
Am definitely trying this, never bought or used msg before. I call it Pak Choi

I can't believe there are anti-MSG bots and they found this videod.
Bok not back😂
Pak choy / Bok choi / Back choy / bok choi I give up with this 😅
From a China chef it's called Buk Choy, pronounced Buck Choy.
Absolutely no need for MSG if you're using good fresh food, preferably organic.
There's literally nothing wrong with msg, it has less sodium than salt. Everything in moderation is absolutely fine.

@bethstone9263 completely untrue.
@@bethstone9263Stop spreading misinformation. This stuff is based on old information rooted in racism.
Love bok choy, but some nutritionists say that we should limit our consumption. Too much of it has adverse effects.
Too much uncooked bok choy, yes, but who the heck is eating so much raw bok choy?
@@shleaumeau7740 That's good to know because I do like it.
MSG.......no thank you
