Was the 4 cylinder Iveco 8040 engines used in Ashok leyland 709/909 Turbocharged? What was their maximum torque and HP figures, is it 2 valves per cylinder or 4 per cylinder, and was their a 6 cylinder iveco engine launched by Ashok leyland (8060)?? P.s I am using a iveco 8040 engine pulled out of a Accident Ashok leyland 909 truck to drive a Irrigation water pump ,,,

Iveco is a best brand for ashokleyland which is lcv used for cargo military recently small range tipper, once boss was introduced these iveco vehicle got disappeared. Actually in global iveco seems to best truck ashokleyland would have further upgraded into world class platform in different variants this iveco brand would have survived in india
Do you really think roadtrain sleeper buses are irrelevant today with wide road network....on main connecting intercity roads???.....When KSRTC... Karnataka earlier MSRTC...had roadtrain bus operating DECADES AGO...(If you want you can cross check with KSRTC..)...why not transport corporations can induct now.....talk to TN STC....and how's that TTC...Great Theruvellaver name was eleminated systematically????
Good observation made. I don't have much knowledge about this particular "Road train" sleeper from KSRTC. I ll try to find information reg this. I guess these were vestibule buses. Even in Tamilnadu, vestibule buses ran decades back- under "'Thanthai Periyar Transport Corporation''. We can bring in these Vestibule buses back. These will be very useful in today's traffic setup. With wide highways, these buses can be used in moffusil routes without causing traffic hindrance. They can save a lot of fuel too. But I wont recommend Vestibule buses for inter-city Semi-sleeper/Sleeper use as there are safety issues.
Sri Ram, don't be naive with your thinking. If I can't satisfy someone's demand, it doesn't mean that I'm disrespecting them I have to give preference to majority of the viewers. I can't go by preference of selective few. Im a teacher. Most of my videos are academic. Even in my academic videos, I have not given photos for explanation I have already given reason for this. @@peaceworldthroughinside1487 No problem....I just gave the explanation. I always respect my viewers. Most of them are young students.
