Homemade and Super Fluffy Japanese Soufflé Pancakes, NO Baking Powder

    Today we will explore a very delicious, fluffy, easy and soft pancake recipe. Also known as Japanese Soufflé Pancake.
    Ingredients:
    2 Eggs
    20ml/4tbsp Milk
    25g/2 tbsp Sugar
    30g/3.5 tbsp Flour All-purpose
    0.5gr./1.25ml/0.04oz Vanilla (Vanille)
    Let`s cook:
    Separate the yolk from the whites. Add the milk to the yolk and stir.
    Add the flour and vanilla, mix well again.
    Beat the egg whites and add sugar, mix well with a mixer.
    Add ½ of the meringue to the egg yolk and gently stir again.
    Add the rest and mix well.
    I use piping bag, you can also use a spoon.
    Use a non-stick frying pan and add a drop of vegetable oil.
    Squeeze the batter into the frying pan.
    Add few drops of water around them.
    Cook them on a low heat for 2 minutes.
    Repeat the process of adding batter and water every 2minutes.
    Then flip the pancakes.
    Add few more drops of water and cook for another 3-4minutes.
    You can serve them with anything you like.
    I like some freshness of barriers and strawberry,
    maple syrup and crushed biscuits of choice.
    They also taste amazing with whipped cream, ice cream and Nutella.
