I like Bob Costas interview style, they're having a conversation, and Bob isnt trying to trap or trick Eric, much better than interviewers today in the 2020s.
He's an incredible actor. I suspect he was hired to give Back to the Future depth. They said he lacked humor. I suspect they simply needed him to bring emotional depth to the character.
I feel as if he made the movie instead of Michael J. Fox it would have mostly likely had no sequels. But would have been a movie that would have developed a cult following.
He was best in Some Kind of Wonderful, awesome movie!!!
So glad there are people like you, saving & sharing those precious moments 🙏🙏🙏 Much appreciation from Switzerland
I want to see the Eric Stoltz Back to the Future...
Great old find.

A touching scene with Eric Stoltz and Marsha Warfield.
At 6:40 for anyone who wants to hear his take on Back to the future.
Thanks man
He did such a great job on Mask

Dünyada daha çekici bir kızıl yok.
I liked Eric Stoltz in Reality Bites.
He wasn't in that...
@NovaFeedback1979 yes he was. He was dancing with Winona Ryder and Jeneanne Garafalo. He played a gay character.
@NovaFeedback1979 they were dancing in a gas station store to my Sharona by the Knack.
@@DIY-fi2kk He isn't listed on IMDb or Wikipedia for that movie. Even uncredited. 🤷♂️
This was before lance and Pulp Fiction
5:40 Chuck Jones: "Hello, Gerald..."
10:32 he bears a striking resemblance to Eric roberts
Eric....
It's obvious that his BTTF experience was very painful. Kudos to him for facing down the question and answering it. Couldn't have been easy.
He has nothing to be ashamed of. I suspect his part translated into the final script
