Those poor kids. I was more fortunate than I realized at the time, to have two good, stable patents. Yes, we were poor - very poor - but our parents did their level best to make sure us kids never felt deprived. That really counts. I still think about our little old house and our old crappy car, and smile. We were rich in what mattered.
I used to listen with my Grandma. Paul reported on Homer, Michigan and the Maine's funeral home where a man fell out of the casket. I wonder if you could find that one.Even Johnny Carson went on about it. Another one we fondly remember is the boy in the van with his dad getting stopped by the cops, admiring the cops gun, said his dad had one just like it. I won't tell the rest of the story.
A once good broadcaster who my father loved to listen to at the end became another Extreme Mouthpiece towards the end to compete with people like Rush. Sad ending IMHO. P.S. He stopped listening too.

I was wondering whilst listening, about one of the siblings being an attorney... but that wasn't the 'rest of the story'...
