Dennis and Dee Go On Welfare because it's brilliant, and it's still an early episode. EDIT: I think an early episode is important as it means there are less callback jokes and jokes that rely on you already having pre-existing knowledge of the characters. Also I've had it before where I've introduced shows to friends and I've started off with an episode that was HD widescreen, and then they've decided to not go back and watch early 4:3 SD episodes because "it's too old". Introducing them to that format from the get go I think negates that attitude.
The fact that Charlie and Rob are looking at the Dennis dummy, and the camera cuts to it, every time Glenn is speaking, is hilarious! IMO this is one of the funniest things they've ever done! I just noticed that doll Dennis is not wearing the same shirt as in the episode it appears and realised that someone must have made the effort to change him, with the same mentality of treating it like it's real, and a change of clothes is what it needs. Maybe it does actually sit around Rob's dinner table for mealtimes and gets put to bed and stuff.

I kind of love the part where they talk about Teen Wolf. It is so truthful about friendships that you keep talking about the same things and you know you’re doing it but it doesn’t stop you. The fact that they didn’t have a gimp mask on Glenn shows the restraint that only a long friendship could provide. I love these guys!
It's funny how Charlie says they don't know what they were doing in those first few season episodes due to lack of experience etc but actually the first several seasons are the funniest and best of Sunny's entire run.

That joke about how Dennis would design his own sex doll makes me want that episode. Dennis decides to make one and show it off, then the others ALSO make their own Dennis sex dolls with different features while Mac gets upset/jealous.

I've gotten several friends into the show in the past couple years. I tell them, "It's a show about the worst people alive making fools of themselves. Think Seinfeld with no rules."
I've probably introduced this show to about 10 of my friends and every single time I've shown this episode as the first impression. The intro is PERFECT and the look on their faces by the time the title card drops is something I only think this episode can achieve.
