@@Colicab83 well it says in the book of enoch (happened during Genesis) that the whole messiah thing were discussed in heaven. So the plan was already there. Enoch heard this because, well, he were given the blessing to see and hear everything. Also the holy trinity. God is God, God is Jesus, God is Holy Spirit. And God is outside time so yeeee. Personally, I believe the Commander of the Lord’s Army is a preincarnate appearance of Jesus, also known as a christophany. Whenever God appears in human form in the Old Testament, Christians usually agree that it’s Jesus, and I believe that this is what the Commander is because He allows Joshua to bow down and worship Him. If He were merely an angel, He would have told Joshua to stop. Also, He told Joshua to take off his sandals the same way God did to Moses when He spoke to him in the burning bush. In both cases, it seems the ground was holy because God literally present there.
The sons of God ( bney ha Elohim) the spiritual beings are the same in power, the name ( malach) aka mesenger is about they duty delegated by God, some are( arch) aka leaders!

It's definitely not an angel. Angels refuse to allow humans to fall down and worship them as they are also created beings.
It's an incarnated God, aka Christ, just as Moses roved his sandals when God spoke to him through the angelic appearance in the thorn bush, itself a symbol of God's infinite life and energy within the tree of life, right in the middle of thorns, a symbol of the curse of sin and death back in Genesis.
Just as Christ appears to Joshua (Yeshua in Hebrew) to repossess the promised land and kingdom, so too Christ returns to reclaim Jerusalem and the entire planet from the Accuser and Prince of Darkness, Lucifer, Satan the opposer.
You know what would make a great companion video to this? Sennacherib and the siege of Jerusalem. We actually have his account of the battle written on the Lachish Stone.

@@pankhuribhatnagar2360 Killing is not wrong. We kill animal for meat and kill to defend ourselves. But some killing are wrong such as murder. Never say anything about conversion just that God was repaying back the sin of people living there. It was mention in Genesis 15 that God promised to give the land to Abraham descendant. And to punish Amorites for their sin.

I don't believe it's Michael, because Josua was worshipping him and the commander of the Lord did not complain about that, which an angel would have done. Instead I believe it is Jesus, the Son of God, which often appears as the Angel of the Lord in the Old Testament. For comparison: 2. When a male lion takes over a pride.All cubs that are not his are killed.Maybe the same principle is at work with all men,women and children of Jericho being put to thr sword.Even the innocent children were not part of the 12 tribes and thus had to be slaughtered.As usual the carnage of the good book is difficult to understand.

The Bible has information on curses (for those who do evil) and blessings (for the obedient).
The Torah is filled with the blessings and the curses proclaimed by the Israelight's tribes.
Every curse (cast by witches, warlocks, etc) can be broken in Yeshua's Name.
Study what is cursed on the writtings of Moses: like having sex with members of your own family and killing the innocent.
Sin has consequences and so does obedience to God's Law.
The book of Revelation also talks about who is gonna be cast out from the "City of God".

The 6 passes are related to the pattern in Revelation, with 6 things occurring, then a pause, then the final 7th.
You see, the New Testament books and ideas are hidden in the OT, and the Old Testament is revealed in the New Testament.
And then things unknown to BC prophets are revealed before the Ascension and during the visions of the future in Revelation while John was exiled on Patmos Island.
And Jericho's population wasn't that big. Only around 500, walls were about 30 ft high. The massacre of the entire population sparing only one family was a terror tactic.

He was also named as the chief prince by Gabriel who helped him, meaning that micheal is no ordinary angel. Again Who was the one that led the angels into battle against satan in heaven? It was micheal. He is identified as a warrior. He was the same angel who God spoke of to Moses prior, warning him that Israel shouldn’t provoke him. Period.

I just have one question: how does Rahab know of and speak in such high regard of the Israelites' God? Was her family from Israel? Do people from Jericho believe stories from the outside of the city rather quickly?
I’m sure there could have been some historical texts within Jericho’s “library” which detailed the Israelites before their exile to Egypt, as well as their God. They probably looked at them the same way they did other tribes or civilizations that came and went, until they returned seemingly with a vengeance, and word of their trials and triumphs spreading quickly throughout the land during the time of Moses.

This is all well and good if you want to hear the biblical account reread however the archaeological record does not match the claims. The first known tower constructed in human history is still there and the city endured for centuries after this supposed destruction. If you want to get the facts about it then there are better sources.

God of the Torah and the Bible is the same.His name is Yahweh/Jehovah/El. Christian refers to Him as God the Father. Christians believe in the Holy Trinity. Jesus is another person of the Holy Trinity. He has been given full authority by God the Father. This means that Jesus and Yahweh is equal in authority, hence the concept of One God in three persons. The third person is the Spirit of God who dwell in the souls of believers.

If you are jewish, worship Adonai in spirit and truth because He is real. The bible is true. I was a lukewarm christian but after the encounter i was transformed. As Joshua was near Jarco and God has told him that the city was un-holy because thay where prasing to a fack one and God in heaven did not like them worship that one and when Joshua distorted the walls of Jarco and the people that did not believe in God that gave them life and worship a nother god that did was not there.
