They were absolutely tasty and brilliant but I added to the potato ginger garlic paste and a few drops of lemon and finely chopped onions, green and red pepper for colour ! Have it dosa sambhar dal and coconut chutney !

True it will not work, I have only an induction hob, so for vessels/recipes that need cooking differently I use a portable gas burner similar to a camping table top stove with butane gas canister. You get them on Amazon and at a reasonable price. Hope this helps.
