Artist and creators comes under informal sector suppose Taylor Swift do a concert .....and the ammount of revenue generated by her will bring under tax bracket isn't it increases tax to gdp ratio...... there are huge surge in population of creators and artist and the ammount generated by them will be taxed it will increase tax to gdp ..and they also don't have that much number of crew by there side because of that they come under defination of informal sector
