I have had bad luck with the Raptor Pro twice now. The first one made it 90 days then the screen and charging both failed to work. I contacted customer support. They told me that because I did not buy the one year warranty… they would let me “warranty” buy another at $55. I did this and they sent me another one. The one I choose was the Raptor Pro. It was working great and I thought maybe my last one was just a dud from the factory. The second one screen is blank or has blurred and mostly dark. The speaker works. lol. I am not going to trust any more of these things. A watch tells time. A broken watch same brand same problems they will not charge either. Shame on be if they think I will buy another from them. This is not what they advertise as a tough watch. It may look the part. I have seen and had better just not in the “smart” watch category with this brand. I have an iPhone so I will give the Apple Watch a shot now. This was a great lesson in what cheap can do for me.

I received my Raptor Pro on June 1st, 2024. On June 25 and 27 I wore my watch at our swimming pool. Since the watch face has developed a green hue. I emailed support only to be told that, “water damage was not covered in the 30 day warranty” furthermore I didn’t purchase a warranty package, it would cost $45-$55 dollars for a replacement. I thought these watches were waterproof? My pool isn’t but 6 feee deep🤷♂️. The watch still works; I still love it. I just wish Alpha Gear honored their “waterproof” statement and send me a replacement for free.
I just got the bundle with the Raptor and the XL. The raptor is showing a QR code on the face, and it brings me to a website that's in chinese. Does anyone know how i can get past this QR code? I subscribed. It won't let me even see the time.
@KingWilliam Thank you yes I actually just downloaded the app that you showed in the video and once I got in the QR code disappeared even though I didn't use it. Thanks so much man! 🙏

I’ll try. It has an ai feature so I think it would. You can answer phone calls. I really don’t use those features but probably should. I use it mainly for heart rate and blood pressure, Witch is is very accurate
Absolute Chinese garbage! Bought the Raptor Pro 3 weeks ago today the band tore and from the day I got it I noticed the display and inner mechanism is installed crooked in the case. Can't add apps etc.. DO NOT BUY!!! Save your money and buy a Samsung or something similar

You can try taking the bezel off and see if water is inside. It comes with little Allen wrenches. Just a thought

I didn’t show it but it has a magnetic charger that touches 2 points. So I would say it won’t work.

Can you ping your phone from it? If I can’t find my iphone I ping it from my apple watch and I can locate it using the sound.
You can find the watch from the phone but not the phone from the watch.
