@@deadwaitdesigns man what carb are you using? I cannot get this edlebrock done in right. Do you use the spacer plate? Mine were both aftermarket and then I got this setup and feel like it’s not right? I even went to the point of doing a manual choke haha.
@@reconbandit28 i'm running a summit 750. they recommend using their own "spacer/gasket" which helped me out because i needed the clearance anyway. spacer shouldn't really mess with you too much. if you screw the mixture screws all the way in does it lean out?
Good luck getting a kit with the correct parts I had to buy 3 kits just to have all 4 of each size I was supposed to get the first time poor quality I couldn't read the jet sizes if any were on it made it a real pain in the ass...
@@kevinwestmoreland2099 I googled “Holley 4010 diagram” and I don’t see the same restrictor indicated under the booster, so I would assume you couldn’t. You could pop it off and double check, though.
@deadwaitdesigns thanks for the response. It was said that summit changed a design feature before using this type. According to holley, the 4010 / 4011 didn't sell well since they didn't look like a traditional holley carb. I've also heard there was a flaw in the design when built by holley. I happen to like the design. Thanks again.
Thanks, exactly the answer I've benn looking for!
My guy glad you dropped another video 🎉🎉
Was your restictor kit have readable sizes on restictors or case they came in??⁹all my kits had no size numbers...
Damn I’m fixing this this weekend
hopefully this helps you out!

Thanks for this!!!!!
How many sizes smaller did you go?
Are there also restriction bleeds for the accelerator pump shot?
@@BPattB not sure. I’d have to look at the schematic. They have it online if you go to the product page. I was just focused on the idle circuit.
Recently rewatched this video. Do you know if the summit restrictor kit would work in a holley 4010 600 cfm carb? Ive got one on my truck.
