This is a great video for how to perform the test. Things to note from the manufacturer are: (1) the culture must be obtained from solid, Gram - selective media, (2) the culture must be less than 48-hours old, and (3) additional reagents will be needed for some of those wells (such as for MR-VP). Additionally, there is a whole library from the manufacturer for how to read the results.
