The SAAB 2000 at 9:15 is the DOJ's and they come about once a month to transport prisoners to Idaho. :) That hornet at the end was a Salty Dog, back from refueling trials with the KC-46 prototypes (VH462 or VH464 at the time). Lots of action as always at BFI. :)
Well, when it was all said done, you were able to catch many of per-delivery B737s' test flights, including a Ryanair 738, before its delivery flight to Dublin. Also you were able to catch a post manufacturing test flight of a "NEW' B737-MAX
