I worked for prime bro for like 8 months the solution isn't to go company the solution is to leave switch companies I did years ago even now I make 65 cpm with a 1600 a wk garentee otr. Company driving for prime has no weekly minimum and it's trash pay I know I did it during the market boom

TONU is at the shippers discretion my friend. Only time a TONU will be applied is if per the bill/contract that they ordered/called for a unit for a load & cancelled the load per the shipper. That’s when TONU will be applied. It’s been around FOREVER.
