Because the Ref didn't see the play and did the thing they aren't supposed to do which is call a penalty on a result not an action. They saw a goalie down and Sam Bennett. Pretty terrible call but at least it went the Cats way in the end.

Connor McDavid is the most skilled player I've ever seen. I have been watching and playing hockey for 30 years. The way he speeds up and stops on a dime to touch a pass is ridiculous.

1-1 is a fair reflection of the series so far. Hoping after the next two they're 2-2. Florida is much more even in talent across all three positions/lines. Edmonton has a greater strength in McDavid and a greater weakness in Skinner/close in defense.
Everyone loves him on their team, hates him as an opponent. He plays a bit dirty but accepts just punishment for it. Short man with great skills determined to win against bigger ones.
