BD-4 Sun n Fun Lake Parker Arrival Apr 3 2019

Arrival to Sun n Fun 2019. Video begins just west of KGIF. I try to fly in as soon after sunrise as possible because it's much less crowded then.
Note: the NOTAM specifically says don't talk on the radio, but if they ask questions I guess you have to. Just prior to this video the controller asked aircraft to stop calling him and follow the NOTAM.
Since we came from the east with a low sun, I think the Lake Parker Arrival controller didn't see us until we were almost directly overhead. They are positioned on the white tower structure on the west side of the lake, right below us when they finally make radio contact.
