Bread recipe I used for the rolls.
I halved the recipe and used 3/4 water and 1/4 pineapple juice, double sugar teaspoon of ground mustard and 1 teaspoon ground turmeric.

I like rice crispy treats with peanuts in them. I’ve never heard of buckeye candy. But anything with peanut butter and chocolate is a win. You’re a much better mom than I’ll ever be. I grew up with my mom running a daycare in our home. Rule was everyone eats the same thing. I kept the same rule when I had kids. Luckily my kids never complained about anything. Except my son hated cooked broccoli. Now it’s one of his favorite sides. Well air fried that is. As for the daycare, the parents always would ask my mom how she got their kids to eat things that they could not. She’d just tell them, if they’re hungry they’ll eat. I now have a grand daughter who refuses to eat almost everything. She’d live on chocolate milk alone if she could. But she’s getting better with age.
Buckeyes are delicious! I actually need to make some more. 🤭
