There was a reason why a lot of the "great" leaders of the past were great and it was because they were full of youthful ambition and drive. Many of them trained by older and wise men who also served their country in their youth. We need that kind of mentorship and guidance now, and older men need to stop trying to "lead" young men but instead train, and provide guidance/wisdom assuming they have any of those qualities at all... Life goes on.

Caesar was 54 when he became dictator. Back then, people died young and randomly and leaders became so because their fathers were king. Today, there is so much more to learn that people rarely become wise earlier than their 40s. Some--like Carter, Clinton, Obama, Biden and Kamala will NEVER become wise because that's just not who they are. Democrats are motivated mainly by envy, hatred and greed. I can't recall a wise Democrat. They're very small and petty people and have a very small and petty philosophy: Reward bad behavior and punish good.
