Aw, was hoping he'd get them to try mid-air wind bombing; maybe have something of a race across Hyrule.
(Actually, that could be a fun challenge video later on. Pointrow teaches them some more speedrun techs then everyone has to get from one point of the map to another but Pointcrow isn't allowed to use any of the tricks.)

Or, pointcrow can use tricks but he can only use BTBs while everyone can windbomb, btb, and shrine clip through everything
i was so confused when he said double backflip windbombs are easiest, i find them the hardest out of every windbomb there is for some reason

...but then again, I don’t think PCrow and Smallant can be in the same voice channel for 5 minutes without starting a competition

Same here. It’s definitely an oddity and a rare occurrence. Normally my technique for falling off a Cliff is to whip out the Paraglider in the last few seconds before impact to negate fall damage... if link isn’t ragdolling.
You can also pull your joystick in the opposite direction when rag doll rolling to stop it faster and get to your feet quickly.

@@blindsloth364 Yeah WK is a BIG speedrun killer. I had to practice that boss a lot to even get the under 5 hour achievement. (Ended up needing to get max nail). S****** S*** is probably the one I wanna see the most

So it's called wind bombing, I always called them boomy zoomys.

There's this other way to do a wind bomb that I found using the master cycle zero. You need to first drive forwards on the master cycle zero, and then jump off, immediately go into bullet time and do a regular wind bomb and it's really cool

Bro I literally discovered this while experimenting earlier today. Then I saw this comment and was like, mind blown.
Tip: When going into bullet time, instead of holding down ZR, just press it quickly. This will activate bullet time while also giving you the freedom of moving the camera to check the angles of the bombs.
(It should look like Link is holding the selected bow at his waist and not in front of his head)
Just make sure to you have arrows equiped, otherwise it won't activate bullet time(that goes for bullet time in general).

It’s nice to watch the struggles of learning to windbomb and not just the polished finished result.
Not gonna lie, I was messing around yesterday and trying to perform wind bombs, and watching this vid is helping me understand them better, and will probably watch along and try again either later or tomorrow. Keep up the nice work mates!
i appreciate this because even though I've tried windbombs somewhat, seeing multiple people trial and error their ways helps my own learning. I will someday nail the technique!

@@Quiraen No, it's edited together from their individual vods/recordings. I don't think NRG made a speedrunning streaming platform yet and I don't think they ever will, but idk. Maybe they will, maybe they already did and just forgot to advertise it
EasySpeezy's wind bombs were so ...vertical, it was odd, yet mesmerizing

“It’s the easiest wind bomb you can learn” but what is the Speeziest?
I personally found that 3 quarters of the stamina wheel works way more consistently, because having the bombs too close would detonate both. If anyone can't do it despite the tutorial, I recommend messing with the timing
Another quick tip is to only click zr and not hold it. Holding it will make you use the bow in bullet time, and just pressing it will put you in bullet time and not activate the bow

Fun fact I learned how to do the “harder” wind bomb on the ledge and still don’t know how to do the tree one… now I use it literally everywhere, I’ve skipped almost every shrine just from using it lol. At least I got to play the game normally like 7 times before I just started breaking shit

I always thought that the easiest windbomb strat is to jump forward, circle bomb, square bomb one because it’s speedy
It reminds me of a Minecraft TNT cannon. They way you use one bomb to launch another.

When I first started to learn to wind bomb I used a video that tought the cliff method and I never learned the backflip one

I'd like to see you all taking on a speedrun, no one of you did before, and try to get the best time in a specific time frame, like one stream, one week or something like that.
Either each one of you tries to beat the other or you all together come up with a strategy with combined effort
