Hey remi. Loved vlogmas this year. So sad it’s over. I think the question about where you get motivation to workout was a good one. I’ve struggled this year as well as you have and I think how I’m slowly getting back to it you know just so I can feel active everyday is simply by doing some yoga. Nothing too extreme where I get to the point of losing motivation to do it everyday. It’s very relaxing every morning and I thought I’d share it with you. Love you.
