Same singer sung a poem from Ghulam Hussain Nadeem, which was written on Amrita Pritam's diction "Uth Shah Hussaina vekh lae". It is a calling on classical poets like, Shah Hussain, Bulleh Shah, Waris Shah and Sultan Bahu what is happening to Punjab. Sanjha Punjab was being slaughtered then. The new poem is a warning about another one (on either side).

More to ponder:
Punjabi language is rooted in Sanskrit. It started accepting and adapting Farsi words way before Hindustani/Urdu.
Hindustani / Hindi/ Urdu is rooted in Prakrit.
Prakrit got developed by taking easy words from an elite's language, Sanskrit and from the language(s) of the indigenous people. (The name of the indigenous language is a mystery as their script is not understood yet. No need to circumvent the DNA story of the people before Prakrit).
Prakrit (a common people's language) got transformed into a highly sophisticated language, (at par with Sanskrit) when Buddhism started doing its intellectual work in Prakrit. After about 600 years of elevated status, Prakrit started to decay along with Buddhism. A subset of decayed Prakrit became the bases of Hindustani/ Hindi/ Urdu.
