Hi Jaclynn, your carts are so cute running around and having some fun, my cats do the same thing and make me giggle alot. Your Anthurium are so cool and those roots on them are so good and the pots you picked are good I really love those plants. I don't have alot of Anthurium but if I could find some I will get them. I will be so excited to see how they are going to do. You really are so good at repotting your plants and the soil that you use is really great looking. Jaclynn you always look so pretty and I love seeing your channel alot. Like I mentioned before everytime I see those Hoya's you gave me I always smile with alot of happiness, I love all of them and they are doing good. Thanks again Jaclynn for this great video and please enjoy your weekend even though you are all alone with just the cats, I miss seeing David alot. Have a beautiful and blessed day, sending love and hugs, bye!! 😊😂🥰🙏🙏🙏👍👏🙌💕💚💜💜😸😻
I really loved this video. That lux hybrid looked really cool. I definitely will have to repot my plants soon. I’m in the process of taking over my bro-in -laws old room in my mom in laws house to my planty room. I’m cleaning all my leaves before bringing them in the room with my tents and setup. I’m so excited.
My favorite is definitely the Lux x Forgetii ❤ Thanks for doing this video and answering the question about waiting until the new leaves harden off ! Take care girl 😊
I just got my first 3 anthurium so this was a perfect video right now. I went to the Sacramento reptile show yesterday and I keep thinking about this clarinervium I didn't buy! 😢
Thank you for the tips! A few of my anthurium came in super small nursery pots, and are definitely ready for an up pot. So this video came just in time! 🤗🙏🏾
I’m absolutely obsessed with your Lux/Forgetti I’d love love love one of those!!! Thank you for this content, Question…when repotting should the previous substrate be bone dry? And when watering after the repot is it a thorough soak? I’d be scared it would root rot from the extreme dryness then total saturation… excuse my ignorance I’m new to Anthuriums… I have you to thank for that 😊 lol
YESSSS girl!!! 😮💨 My Anthurium Clarinervium roots are soooooo massive they are literally competing with my Monstera Deliciousa’s roots at this point! The upsize pots and base collars are always a win for me on all of my anthurium! I love you so freakin much for this video and sharing this knowledge with folks!!!!! Definitely wish just literally anyone would have shared this information with me 4 years ago when I began my whole Anthurium Addiction! 🤭🤣 I honestly feel like specifically Anthurium are forsure exception to the “don’t upsize too big” rule when repotting honestly! The 1-2inch upsize rule just doesn’t work for the Anthurium roots once it reaches a certain stage of root growth! Also my GT Foliage Focus has made my roots INSANE now after changing to it this spring! I likely won’t purchase the GT foliage Focus again for the price though because my collection is just honestly too big for how much I have to mix in my gallons of water…..the roots and growth are all amazing BUT 😮💨 That price per bottle hurts my feelings! 🤣 Thank you for another great video planty friend you always drop some good knowledge on us grasshoppers lol!
I think, depending on the media and how long it has been in it, it isn't entirely necessary to remove the old. My Anthurium Unique (magnificum x pedatum) I have had less than a year and it just had its third repot (4" to 5.5" to 7"). It was so heavily rooted in, there was no way to remove the coconut husk without damaging the root ball heavily, but 5 month old husk chips should be absolutely fine and it should root out into the 7 gallon pot without issue. I just don't want to have to pot it into something larger but I'm sure it will need it before long. Also got my seeds from Kartel Daun last week. I wouldn't call them seeds because they all already had at least one leaf, not that I am complaining, that is 2 months saved in growing time and I am dying to know how that Basilisk x Red Spider is going to look.
Thank you for this!🎉🎉 All my new Anthuriums from last month definitely need upotting so I was so scared to do it! Not so much my crystallinum x forgetii from you but the little forgetii x self seedling! That scared me more cuz it is sooo little!😅 I can't decide what my fave is so I'll just say whatever your biggest leaf is?! 💚🤍💚🤍💚
Good morning Jaclynn ❤ have you ever used leca for these kind of plants, I have a gloriosum p. And I am wondering what should I do? I pot one in soil and cut one piece and wonder if I should plant it on leca at least for the winter 😊
Thank you for this video! I have a question: since my last repot, my crystallinum started to grow multiple leaves at once. First it grew two leaves at a time, then 3, then 4. It’s great because I’m getting a lush plant, but I noticed only one of the leaves gets bigger than the last generation, and the size jump is not as much as before. Is that a normal thing? And will my leaves gets to be the torso size leaves?
Girl I love them all!!! Question tho because I just got one today and it def needs to be upsized because roots are flowing out BUT it’s got new tiny leafs that havnt harden. Should I let it aclimate for a month or is that too long?
@itzelhernandez3015 I like to give it at least a couple weeks to acclimate! A month isn't too long unless it desperately needs a repot. There's no reason to wait if the plant is stable and the leaf hardens!

That last strappy baby has to be my favorite 💚💚
Yes girl that luxurians hybrid is gorgeous! It's my fav but I also really like the NoID with long daggery leaves.
That one is so good too!!
My favorite is definitely the Lux x Forgetii ❤ Thanks for doing this video and answering the question about waiting until the new leaves harden off ! Take care girl 😊
Can't wait to see that one grow!

Get it done girl!! 🖤
Haha, watching you at the train station in Toronto 🧡🌿
You should get a russeau pot extenders for those anthuriums that are leaning way over the side. They fit 6 inch pots.
Yay! One of my favorite planty people! 😊 I just started the video so I don’t have anything to say yet except hey girl hey lol. Also…kitties!!! 💖
🥰🥰

It doesn't have to be dry, it's just a bit less messy if it is 😅 it actually helps to wet the moss to get it off, but I was being lazy about it 🙃
🤗❤️🌱🌿🪴💜😻Definitely beautiful plants. Looks like most are loving the bigger pots to grow into.
Heyyyyy!!! Love your anthurium 😍😍😍😍 i love that they need to be cared for and watered. Hoya you just have to leave them alone lol meh over them!
I love um both! ☺️

The lux cross is my favorite. Actually anything crossed with a Luxurians is good.

Repotting them is so satisfying!! 🥰
That crystallinum will shoot out huge leaves after you repot it.
All are beautiful, but my favorite is good ol’ Crystallinum 💚
You can't go wrong with crystallinum!
Loving the luxurians × forgetii girl!😍
Me too!! 🥰

Defo Lux forgettii! 😍😍😍
I think you hurt Bubbas feelings when you told him to go away. He walked stiffly away after a long hurtful look at you. Lol 😂
Would you ever cut off some roots? It will be a shock, but it would recover right? Do you grow any in water?
I need to water my plants. At least the smaller ones in smallish pots
Thank you for this video!

@@jaclynns.jungle okay I will give her 2 weeks. Looking forward to getting bigger leafs 😍 thanks for the help!!
To me it looked like a few of the original soil were saw dust . I knew they will be happy.
They'll definitely take off in the new soil!
Cats 😂😂😂
