They say that the Crosby estate approached Tae to collaborate and the editor said they found out Tannie passed while they were making the MV. The editor put Tannie in the stars at the end as a tribute to Tannie.
The Bing Crosby approached Tae to collaborate and V thankfully agreed. Also the editor of the MV said that they heard the news of tannie’s passing and decided to add the last show of tannie as a constellation as a tribute to Tannie. So sweet that they did that for V.
Yeontan as a Christmas fairy... 😭😭😭 💜🥰 What a cute video it is! I thought back then that he dedicated Layover to Yeontan because he knew it could happen anytime after the failed surgeries. Yet Yeontan got another year and was well cared for by Taes mom. 🥰

This is an iconic collab and as V's fan, I'll be forever grateful to the family of Sir Bing Crosby for giving V the privilege to do this dream collab with their Dad. This White Christmas collab really transports us back in time... WOW! V is an old soul and has been greatly influenced by the greats of the past, like Bing, and it is truly an opportunity of a lifetime that he gets to do a "duet" with one of his inspirations. Honestly, I cried so hard when I watched the video the moment it dropped because this is a dream come true and I couldn't help but think of V and Yeontan. V really devoted his solo era honoring our dear and precious Yeontan and with the recent heart-breaking news we heard this week, this collab and MV hit sooooo hard. There's not even an image of V in the 2 MVs (official vid and lyric vid) that were released... he gave all the spotlight to the two most important icons in his life - Sir Bing Crosby and Yeontan. V chose a path less traveled but I'm so proud of him for pursuing what he truly loves and equally grateful to Sir Crosby's family for trusting V so much. Hope more and more people all around the world will get to hear of this timeless masterpiece that truly deserves worldwide recognition and appreciation. It has goals to reach too, in fact it's competing with the og WC and the many other versions of it. Let's work for tae as well as the other members.
