Hey, MASSIVE SPOILERS FOR ANYONE SEEING THIS COMMENT. With the most recent chapter, it’s implied that Kizaru was the person that gave Luffy the food since he is seen to change places in that chapter….I was just thinking to my self that Kizaru could potentially join the Straw Hats, similarly due to how Aokiji joined the Blackbeard Pirates. I’m saying this because in one of the flashback panels if I remember correctly Kizaru was doing the Nika-like dance with the other people in that panel (if someone knows what I’m talking about, you could help out plz)… And it’s a theory, but maybe Kizaru could have some belief in Nika that would maybe allow himself to be an aid of Luffy… it could be that he lets Luffy and his crew go like how Aokiji let Jaguar D. Saul… or he could just abandon the Navy right there and then. But I know this theory can be complicated and complex as it is adding another crew member and it’d have to have a thematic and symbolic meaning to it. But I’m only thinking of this theory happening like I said because I feel like the Blackbeard Pirates has to mirror the Straw Hat pirates. And if I’m not mistaken, Aokiji was the most recent crew member Blackbeard recruited… So I wouldn’t doubt (IF & ONLY IF) that Kizaru would follow a similar trend to Aokiji’s action, except it be for light… LITERALLY LIGHT AS HE ATE THE LIGHT-LIGHT FRUIT…. And I think it would help in terms of power scaling with the whole parallel between the Straw Hat and Blackbeard Pirates. Since Aokiji was an Admiral and Kizaru is an admiral. I can see it as a parallel, with in this scenario, Kizaru being able to do whatever he wants which is a form of freedom that can be associated with Nika. But if this was to happen, I’d like to imagine Kizaru would use that opportunity for good unlike Aokiji(I like to think). But thank you for reading my first theory, you could tell I’m ecstatic.
