This is the very reason they want to restrict e-bikes. Speeding Weaving around other vehicles High speeds on bike and walking lanes. Not stopping for stop signs. If that bike was rated a street legal power bike, you could get a lot of tickets.

Bicyclists do whatever they want, blow stop signs, plow thru red light, its illegal to go onto sidewalks with a bike & jaywalking too, but NOBODY enforces it... Take a road trip check it out for yourself, you'll find out fast you can do whatever you want... Only tourists & suburbanites follow the law here, cheers!
