Actually, Changbin's shoulder measurement is 59 cm, it was recently measured at Sunmi's interview in his introduction. Also, for chan it is 60 cm, it was also measured in an interview back in the days so, I guess it more than that now.

From my understanding, measuring body fat percentage accurately is tricky; one of the most accurate ways of doing it is hydrostatic weighing, where you weigh yourself underwater and compare that with your regular weight. This is absolutely one of my favorite skz code ep. I can watch 10 more episodes of trainer dwaekki. It took me 1 and half hour last night to finish this ep. I felt like I was one of the gym member and start to measure my arm, checking my last inbody test result, doing plank, jump rope and squat in the middle of the night, lol. After seeing them twice in Bangkok I can safely say no regrets, and I definitely would not have regrets seeing them another 2 times if it was possibe XD So many people on Friday had been there Thursday too haha. But yeah, I definitely could let it sink in more on the second day. One of the best experiences I already can't wait to see them live again I love these guys so so much.
Finally watching haha. As someone who is heavier and struggles with her relationship to food, i was worried the gym video would be structured in a way that kinda triggered me. But, tbh, no! I thought Changbin had a really healthy mindset and they even mention in the captions how the lower body fat members could afford to gain some for health reasons. Honestly, just love my boys being strong and healthy. Like you also kinda said, health first last and always for them. I want them to be healthy eating and dancing for forever if they can.
Yeah Changbin definitely has a super healthy mindset around health. Which is one of the reasons why I feel a little bad when they tease his weight. I know they are just playing around and I know that THEY KNOW how fit he is. But he probably has the healthiest mindset around food out of all of them (well maybe Lee Know too). He seems to have a good balance, doesn’t do crazy diets, seems to eat super well and trains regularly. The next episode was really good at the end, I think they all gave some really great advice!

Body fat calculator is not correct for measuring body fat % . You need to measure it on that "machine" the boys were standing on earlier in the episode for more correct information. I know it because my body fat % is way different when I did it through the online calculator compared to when I measured it with my personal trainer. 🙃
Looking at what Hyunjin eats on talkers I don’t think he diets - I think he probably spends so much or has spent so much time dancing (same for felix really) that they are just so conditioned… I mean how many calories do you think they burn during a concert - all these boys are ridiculously conditioned - it’s insane…
Felix has spoken about being on diets, but yeah not sure about Hyunjin. Ones things for sure is they definitely would burn a SHIT load of calories not just in concerts but just everyday with their busy schedules 😅😅😅 they would have to eat more than the normal person to keep up

Also I feel you on going to more than one concert and getting yourself together. For the unveils in September when ai saw 3RACHA and then Taste for the first time I didn’t even know where to look and I was so overwhelmed to hear it and see it performed. The second day I felt like I could be take it in way more.

After seeing them twice in Bangkok I can safely say no regrets, and I definitely would not have regrets seeing them another 2 times if it was possibe XD So many people on Friday had been there Thursday too haha. But yeah, I definitely could let it sink in more on the second day. One of the best experiences I already can't wait to see them live again I love these guys so so much.

As someone who is heavier and struggles with her relationship to food, i was worried the gym video would be structured in a way that kinda triggered me. But, tbh, no! I thought Changbin had a really healthy mindset and they even mention in the captions how the lower body fat members could afford to gain some for health reasons.
Honestly, just love my boys being strong and healthy. Like you also kinda said, health first last and always for them. I want them to be healthy eating and dancing for forever if they can.
Yeah Changbin definitely has a super healthy mindset around health. Which is one of the reasons why I feel a little bad when they tease his weight. I know they are just playing around and I know that THEY KNOW how fit he is. But he probably has the healthiest mindset around food out of all of them (well maybe Lee Know too). He seems to have a good balance, doesn’t do crazy diets, seems to eat super well and trains regularly.
The next episode was really good at the end, I think they all gave some really great advice!
@@melaniereacts Agreed. I have had to come to terms that Korea/Kpop (generally speaking) has a culture that makes me feel shitty about myself but it is genuinely so nice to know that at least my faves are reasonable and work hard to be healthy.

Body fat calculator is not correct for measuring body fat % . You need to measure it on that "machine" the boys were standing on earlier in the episode for more correct information. I know it because my body fat % is way different when I did it through the online calculator compared to when I measured it with my personal trainer. 🙃
Yeah I know, I’ve used that machine before as well as doing it the “manual” way with callipers. But the online measurement was just fun 🤣

Looking at what Hyunjin eats on talkers I don’t think he diets - I think he probably spends so much or has spent so much time dancing (same for felix really) that they are just so conditioned… I mean how many calories do you think they burn during a concert - all these boys are ridiculously conditioned - it’s insane…
Felix has spoken about being on diets, but yeah not sure about Hyunjin. Ones things for sure is they definitely would burn a SHIT load of calories not just in concerts but just everyday with their busy schedules 😅😅😅 they would have to eat more than the normal person to keep up
