If that patient getting kidney donor but not matching blood group. So there is a chance to make a same blood group that process will b take much charge .😊

Yes,special blood test are done to see if the donor’s blood and tissue type match the transplant candidate. If these factors match it’s called “compatible pair”and candidate can receive a kidney from that donor.
