you can use any firm tofu and they sell tofu in almost every supermarket, just ask the clerk
sometimes the asian food is next to the soy sauce, but not a big selection. what state do you live in?

I think I had this appetizer at a Korean restaurant once and my friends and I loved it so much that we asked for a little doggy bag of it. We ended up fighting over it when we had it as seconds the day afterwards. Lol so good!
