I bought this speaker seeing your review but now my phone cannot find the speaker. Can you do a trouble shooting video on how to reset the bluetooth connection to the phone. The mics still work but not connecting to phone.
Hi there, I am not if there is an app that you can use to control the speaker, i am only using the remote but rarely, I still prefer the buttons which are very responsive even after 5 months. Hope this helps.
I bought both this and JBL Party-on-the-go, and JBL is by far better quality, albeit more expensive so as expected. Partybox encore is even more expensive, so assuming an equal or larger product disparity.

How do you charge it? I’m using the usb-c port and it won’t charge. I charged it for 24hrs and it powered up for approximately 1 min then died.
