The house is beautiful and your realtor is top notch. The way she explains everythng is perfect. Not everyone knows what a 1 and 2/10 warranty is but she spelled it out. Congrats on your new home. Word of advice ... when you can ... get underground sprinklers installed. Your grass will stay greener!!!!

We are in the process of building right now. How has it been so far? We are definitely having a 3rd party inspection pre drywall and also after its finished. Just curious how Ryans has been with fixing any mistakes or blemishes you all may have noticed later.
HI!! Congratulations on your home, well TBH we haven't had any major issues yet, except for our kitchen faucet, however they came and fixed it but the issue is still there so we're waiting for them to come back to see what's the prob.
@ thats not too bad. Theres almost always some mistakes on new construction even on custom builds.
Congratulations on your new home. I wish these contractors would stop putting those unsightly wire shelves in closets. Hopefully after you all get settled, you can get more appealing and sturdy shelves. You will definitely see that you will have more area and use of space w/o those wire ones. Enjoy your home.

Never buy a home from Ryan horrible homes building. They house are junk.
Sorry to hear you had a terrible experience with them.We read all the reviews, highly depends on the community. No major issues in this community. We are sincerely hoping that the two 3rd party inspections caught the major issues. Wishing you all the best!
