get organised buy a journals ,you can get from an stationary store or tears blank papers from old copies and ,wrtie down what you have to do like get up ,brush teeth ,take shower change ,make bed ,etc write daily chores ,weekly chores and monthly and yearly chores. also write time when will you do it and how much time it takes you them, when you will do on daily basis then your pace will be fast and you will get habit
